With over 25 years’ experience working as an employment lawyer, Caroline has advised a wide variety of clients and has been praised in the Legal 500 for her work as a solicitor – she currently works as a consultant solicitor for Summerfield Browne. As co-director of Polyphony HR, she enjoys helping clients stay ahead by managing their people issues effectively.
