Polyphony HR is the product of two well-respected and long-established HR consulting firms: Cambridge HR Solutions and Harmony HR Solutions, based in the South East.

With over 25 years’ experience working as an employment lawyer, Caroline has advised a wide variety of clients and has been praised in the Legal 500 for her work as a solicitor – she currently works as a consultant solicitor for Summerfield Browne. As co-director of Polyphony HR, she enjoys helping clients stay ahead by managing their people issues effectively.

Assheton Bogg is a highly experienced HR consultant and practitioner with over 30 years of leadership development, employee relations, organisation design and change management expertise gained within major UK PLCs and blue-chip multinational consultancy and professional service organisations.
